Greystone Park             The Metropolitan Park System built a cement breakwater and a boulevard to begin the 20th century.	Streets by the Beach Nahant Street
Prescott Road (above) and Kimball Road would connect Ocean Street to the new boulevard as large estates would be divided into smaller ones.	Prior to the construction of the Lynn Boulevard or Lynn Shore Drive as it would be later named, Ocean Street was the connector between Washington St. and Swampscott .
