Greetings from Lynn

In the early 1900's, everyone was proud to say they were vacationing in beautiful Lynn. Those that lived in the big city were proud of it as well and their postcards were proof.

These "Greetings" cards have a transportation theme. They were mass produced and can be found with the name of every  American city.

This early buggy resembles the duck tours used today. What a "fun" way to tour Lynn!

Canoeing was very popular in Lynn, especially in Sluice and Flax ponds.
