Vintage Views of Lynn from a Postcard Collection
At the turn of the century, picture postcards were especially popular, either for collecting or sending to someone with the news of the day. With only a one-cent stamp, one could send someone a photograph of a special place. whether from an exotic destination or a hometown highlight.
Thanks to the collecting efforts of Tim Ring, the Lynn Museum is proud to display an on-line exhibition of "vintage views" of Lynn. We hope you enjoy the show, and encourage you to check back often as new images will be posted on a regular basis.
